- The member should present a fees bill.
- Loan amount is between 100,000 to 3000,000
- Loan period of 1- 24 months.
- Interest rates of 2.8% with declining balance.
- Repayment mode – Monthly/quarterly.
- loan period is 3 months for primary and secondary education while 6 months for tertiary education.
